    2. Customer Service Support Assistant
  1. Responsibilities
    1. To conduct event or on-going orientation and trainings, nationwide or overseas.
    2. Liasing with internal or external parties.
    3. Responsible of performing and conducting presentation to corporate customer on company's product and services.
    4. Assist/Preparation of training program and materials.
    5. Able to handle multiple projects/assignments, must be resourceful and willingness to take a hand-on approach.
    6. To learn and train junior executives.
    7. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  2. Requirements
    1. Male or Female, age 21 and above.
    2. Must be a pro-active person.
    3. Must be passion for delivery exceptional levels of guest/customer service.
    4. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to speck and read English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
    6. Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience (for Manager); 1-2 year(s) of experience (for Executive).
    7. Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations and environment.
    8. To assist head of department in ensuring the manning activities are conducted in a professional and transparent manner to avoid any irregularities which will affect and damage the company's image.
