After Sales Services & Technical Support Unit

    1. Technical Service Assistant Manager/ Technician
  1. Responsibilities
    1. Conduct Safety inspection, troubleshoot PT and operational issues and escalate system wide issues when necessary.
    2. Willing to progress and improve as training programs are provided.
    3. Perform efficient system recovery & fault rectification.
    4. To manage the technical services division and is responsible for the maintenance and the safety of operational facilities, provide technical training and plan for technical support on internal requests or function requirements.
    5. Create and schedule preventative maintenance for PT.
    6. Plan and execute all driver training and new operational launches.
    7. Operate and manage the CRM system to monitor all maintaince services.
    8. Should be able to meet deadline.
  2. Requirements
    1. Quality & safety in mind.
    2. 2 years of technical vehicle (battery powered) experience required.
    3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    4. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
    5. Experience in electrical, mechanical & general maintenance operation is an added advantage.
    6. Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays.
