Admin & Finance Unit

    1. Administrative cum Account Assistant
  1. Responsibilities
    1. Manage the administration in finance and accounts.
    2. Literate in Emas Software and has knowledge of accounting systems.
    3. Manage all matters related to finance with proper filling systems.
    4. Able to plan all creditor and collection matters.
    5. Organize and attend meetings, ensuring directors is well prepared for meetings.
    6. Able to work indepently and posses a high level of responsibility and commitment.
  2. Requirements
    1. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, MIA or Degree in Accounting from accredited institutions of higher learning.
    2. Well verse with accounting software, MS Word and Excel.
    3. At least 3-4 years of professional working experience in a similar position.
    4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    5. Keen to learn and able to communication with all levels of people.
    6. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
